· For hygienic reasons, pacifier clips, teething necklaces and teethers are final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange (unless they're damaged or defective).
· We provide a 30 day warranty from time of purchase. We do not provide a warranty on wear and tear or misuse of the product. Please follow the care and safety information.
· Our warranty does not apply if the care instructions were not followed.
· To be eligible for a return for damaged or defective product, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

· Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
· If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment or store credit.
· Only regular priced items may be refunded. All sales from the Clearance section are final.
