Are your products BPA FREE?
Our silicone beads are made from food grade silicone, they are 100% BPA, Phtalates, Cadmium, PVC, Mercury, Lead & Nickel free. They're FDA approved. For more information, visit our care & safety page.
How long does it take to ship after I place an order?
All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. If you need it sooner, send us an email at info@ummanissaco.com and we will do our best to accomodate.
How does shipping/tracking work?
If you select lettermail untracked at checkout, we can not guarantee that you will receive your package as we have no visibility on your order once shipped and are not responsible for tracking or delivery of package. Lost packages will not be replaced or refunded.
If you select tracked parcel at checkout, we will send you by e-mail a tracking number once the order has shipped. Lost packages must be reported within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
All orders over 100$ CAD are eligilible for free shipping and tracked parcel.
* For US/International orders, please note that there may be additional custom and duty fees upon arrival of your package.
Do you offer local pick up?
Yes, you will find that option at checkout. Pick up is in the town of Niverville. You will receive an e-mail from us when your order is ready for pick up with instructions.
Can you write a special note on the thank you card ?
Totally! Add your note with your name in the note section at checkout.

Most of our products are designed and handmade in Niverville, MB, Canada. We use domestic and imported materials.
